Hello beautiful you!
It may sometimes feel to you as if your flame is low, not really feeling like doing much, motivation is somewhere but not within you. Those are moments where the mind never ceases to criticize, self-judgment rises and there is a constant battle between thoughts and your need to just be.
Let yourself bathe in the sea of undoing. Surrender to those emotions. Try to listen to those subtle sounds and voices within you. Be gentle with yourself knowing that this too shall pass. You may decide to sit in meditation becoming aware of the present moment, your body sensations and your breath. Or you may want to practice some yin yoga poses to help the body come back to it’s own flow; releasing and balancing.
Whatever feels right for you: dancing, going for a walk in nature, sitting or enjoying a cup of tea, follow your gut instinct, you will know what is exactly right for you.
By allowing yourself to fully be, as you are right now, authentic and pure there will be space created allowing the softness within you to be heard.
This whole process brings you closer to yourself. To who you really are, and when the moment is right, before you even notice, your flame will rise and finds it’s own voice.
